Well I already didn't like the whole vibe of the page, but once I stopped using it and my Google play didn't show my subscriptions properly due to different type of phone, I didn't have a chance to unsuscribe.
I explained this to the customer service, and that I wasn't using the page or app at all, they just ignored my email.
They didn't even reply! Insane
When I was on match.com, the customer service was excellent.

To be fair I guess this technically isn't the website's fault, but there are not many matches, and any men I've messaged don't really respond; there's not much of a variety to keep me interested, unfortunately.

Free membership gives you nothing, free options don't work. But they show you plenty of matches in your city. However, they are nowhere to be found when you upgrade to premium. What a scam! Save your $ and just avoid this money pit! Don't be suckered into Hinge and other fraudulent sites which sell you an overpriced long-term membership. They have almost no real people and they are nothing but a huge time- and money-vacuum.

Terrible dating site! I went on there and I deleted it 3 days later I tried to create a new account and they have banned me! I spoke to one person... uploaded innocent happy pics! And they ban you for life! I think it's wrong... they want you to have love but then be so harsh with banning... it's terrible! Please don't sign up for it! You'll regret it

Do not subscribe to this app. It's a scam. They allow you like 5 matches a day so then you have to sign up, then if you sign up for a membership they take your money and ban you for no reason. Happened to me and a friend of mine. It's also full of fake profiles.

Hinge "support" is nonexistent. I got an automated reply asking for evidence of their platform's flawed returns, which in my case was men. I immediately sent numerous jpegs of the male profiles I kept getting. Then over the next few days, sent more similar evidence. No response.
I'm pretty sure I was also getting straight women in the profiles offered to me as well. No way to tell though as no orientation is listed, but several stated what they were looking for in a man.
This platform is garbage. They can't even program their software to match correctly AND they don't answer any emails. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. ????????????

Me and my husband had an account on here, and it was deleted for no reason. We were paying members and was able to restore the membership after we recreated another account. So if you are poly stay away.

Our account was deleted for no reason. Even though we were paying, we was able to create another account and restart the purchase. However I would like to know why it was deleted in the first place. Weird.

I've maybe gotten one or two likes and I've been on the site for 2 or 3 weeks. I've gone in and changed my prompts I've changed my photos and nothing has changed. I don't know if the men just don't go on the side after they sign up or it's a personal thing I can't figure it out. They also have something called standouts where they will spotlight somebody's profile but you cannot message those people you have to pay more money to send them a rose and if they want to message you they can but you can't. To me that's a scam and it's false advertising, I am not renewing my subscription and I'm upset that I joined it in the first place. Had to pick one start was the only option that was the least of all.

People report you for not responding to them and one of hinges terms of service is that you have to be actively searching for a “relationship”. If you don’t respond enough and enough girls report you for it because their precious egos get hurt...You get banned. No warning no response to inquiry and no question asked. Don’t waste your time boys. I’m considering legal action for the time I’ve wasted here haha

I have met and used the app for approximately 10 months. The data returned is not consistent. For example; if you are not interested the person it still continues to show up. The amount of likes are not based on time or number but some other algorithm. The more you use it the more they try to make you "buy". It is just a $#*! fest, you just have to match with the one who wants to $#*! you based on how you look. And thats the way it should be! I dont care how smart the dumb $#*! is even if she has a phd.

This guy is fake, scammer, and they have videos that they use on skipe to pretend that he is real while a voice is speaking on top of the videos... be careful!
